- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Personal Lines License is a plus - will assist for the right candidate to obtain
SALARY BASE $45,000 - $50,000 with potential up to $5000 increase in first 6 months Annual base salary reviews in January.Health Benefits available - 100% paid for employee Paid Holidays SIMPLE Retirement plan with matching available PERSONAL LINES OR PROPERTY/CASUALTY LICENSE REQUIRED (for the right candidate we will pay the cost to obtain one of these licenses)Bilingual a plus
Compensation $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
